Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service was approaching a merger with the Isle of Wight Fire. The original challenge was to make 2 badges work alongside each other. We persuaded both fire authorities that to make this work and to bring on board all their stakeholders, a new, unified badge was the way forward.
This is a momentous point in our history as we embark on our continued mission to make life safer for those in our communities.
